Why Press Pause?

After years of compounding stress, a pandemic, and social unrest, people are asking for spaces of restoration, reconnection, and renewal.

Press Pause is the medicine our communities have been calling for: a bridge between the spiritual and the practical, priced on a sliding scale so cost never decides who gets to heal.

Annual Initiative

A sanctuary at Umbrella Weekend.

Since 2020 the Umbrellavation Oasis has offered festival-goers workshops, healing sessions, art, live music, and a safe sober space. It has become a home for collaboration, creativity, and community care: 4 years running, 30+ practitioners, 500+ people served.

Emergency Response

When the fires hit, we showed up.

During the Los Angeles wildfires our community rallied. In under 48 hours, 40+ volunteers delivered 4 full truckloads of essential supplies to affected families.
